N.S. bishop apologizes for Lahey affair anguish

A bishop in Nova Scotia apologized to victims of clerical sexual abuse on Thursday, particularly the ones involved in a settlement negotiated with the help of his disgraced predecessor, Bishop Raymond Lahey.
